Welcome to My Studio Journal.
This space isn’t just a website, it’s more like a visual diary. A creative journal. A little corner of the internet where I can share the real, raw, beautiful journey of making art.
I believe art is beautiful at every step of the process, not just when it’s signed and hung on a wall. Sometimes, the unfinished layers are the most powerful part. That’s why, throughout this website, you’ll find images of works in progress. Some of them won’t be available in the shop yet. Some might never be. But many of them you can click on to discover the final piece and, if your heart says yes, purchase it.
What’s interesting is that you might love a piece more in its in-progress stage than in its final form. And someone else might feel the opposite. That’s the beauty of it all — every layer, every brushstroke, is part of the story. Part of the emotion. And each of us connects to different pieces of that story in our own way.
Sometimes it just flows out of me and hours fly by like it’s been minutes. But the process isn’t always easy. I struggle with it sometimes — question it, sit in it, wrestle with it. But I’ve come to realise that’s where the beauty lives. In the uncertainty, the emotion, the change. And I want to share that with you.
So welcome — to my art, my process, and the Muse Kindred Collection Club. Welcome to this living, evolving studio space. I’m so glad you’re here.
Let your walls feel something, too.
The brushstrokes don’t stop here — they’ve found their way onto paper, into homes, and into quiet corners where light catches them just right. If something here has stirred something in you, perhaps there’s a print waiting to keep that feeling close.
The Art in Progress…
Throughout this journal-like space, you might come across pieces that aren’t quite finished — works still finding their way. I choose to share them because I believe art isn’t only found in the final brushstroke. It lives in every layer, every pause, every moment spent wondering whether one more mark will deepen it or undo it. That knowing — the sense that something is done — is a quiet, emotional thing. Sometimes it arrives easily. Other times, it doesn’t. But even in those in-between stages, there’s meaning. There’s growth. For me, art is art at every point — the finished piece is simply where I stopped.
Art Is for You
I believe you don’t need fancy words or a gallery wall to belong in the art world. If something moves you — that’s enough. That’s everything.
I believe art should feel welcoming, not exclusive. It’s not about having a certain background or budget. It’s about connection. That quiet moment of “this one.” The feeling that a piece understands something in you.
Some of my most cherished art is made by the little hands of my nieces and nephews — wild, colourful scribbles that now live on my fridge and in my heart. That’s art, too. And it’s just as worthy.
So whether you’ve collected original paintings for years or you’ve just popped your first print into the corner of your bookshelf — you’re a collector. You’re part of this story. And you are so welcome here.
A couple of sentences.
I create textured, abstract works with acrylic — inspired by nature, emotion, and this wild, beautiful thing we call life. Each piece begins with a feeling or idea, then evolves intuitively as I paint. It’s a process that’s part intention, part instinct — shaped by mood, memory, and the quiet in-between moments.
My work is about connection. It’s about creating space for someone to feel something — to see a part of themselves in the colours, the texture, the movement. That moment of recognition, when something clicks quietly in the heart — that’s the true centre of everything I create.
